Requests for Consultation and Reporting

• In order for us to conduct an accurate investigation, please provide us with as much detailed information as possible about the case or action you are consulting or reporting, including when and where it occurred, who was involved, how you learned about it, and why you think it happened.
• We will only use the information about the person consulting/reporting and its contents to investigate and respond to the consultation/report, and will not disclose the information to anyone other than those necessary to investigate and respond to the consultation/report.
• In principle, we ask that you provide us with your name and contact information (telephone number and e-mail address) so that we may inquire about the content of your consultation/report and make the necessary report to you. It is possible to consult or report anonymously, but in that case, we may not be able to fully investigate or may be limited in the scope of our response.
• Please refrain from contacting us with content that is clearly not related to our group’s compliance, slander or libel, or for any other improper purpose.
